Here To Serve Bringing "Top" Talent To aja?

Atlanta based, Here To Serve Restaurants, has secured the former Emeril's restaurant in Alliance Center near Phipps Plaza for a new concept, aja. Rumored to serve similar fare to that of rival Buckhead Life Restaurant Group's Bluepointe, aja will feature Asian cuisine, with a twist! Adding to the excitement of this new concept, former Top Chef contestant, Dale Talde, is said to be running the kitchen. With fellow Top Chef Finalist, Richard Blais at sister restaurant Home, it would seem as though Tom and his restaurant team are attempting to duplicate the success of Home with Dale at aja.
