Repeat Does It Again! Faconnable Confirmed At Lenox

Having first reported the opening of the new Faconnable boutique back in June, it has just now been confirmed by a recent ABC article. With the late opening of Victoria's Secret new store, their temporary store will remain open longer, pushing the Faconnable opening to May 2009. Rest assured that your best source for up to the minute stories of Atlanta retail, property and eateries is Repeat Atlanta! Repeat Atlanta!

very cool! what ever happened with the anouncement for Zegna opening in the luxury wing? Any word on that store?

Zegna is still a possibility, nothing set in stone as of now. Hermes will be leaving their space for a temporary store on Buckhead Ave. next January which will free up their space as well. Both the former Nicole Miller and the Hermes space have been mentioned as possible locations for Chanel, Tom Ford, Prada, and Zegna. I look to have more info on these two spots by years end.

Don't forget Carolina Herrea; they want to be close to NM so one those spots could go to them.
PS.what is the latest on SOB and their batlle with Simon for the el primo tenants?

CH was rumored a long time ago, nothing of late. They opened a store at SIMON's Town Center at Boca Raton very close to NM, I'm unsure how they are doing there. As for the SOB v SIMON battle, I thinks it an uphill battle for SOB with their mounting delays and the fact that their previously announced hotels are no longer happening. Lenox has an established rep for high traffic and luxury / International consumers.

Calvin Klein takes up too much valuable space on the second floor addition adjacent to Neiman Marcus...I am unimpressed with this store and there is never anyone in there.

Lenox needs to relocate H. Stockton and Bobby Jones to Phipps next to where they relocated Harolds on the second floor to open up room in the luxury wing for more trendy designers.
