Saga, located at 1100 Crescent Ave. in midtown closed a few months ago and there was talk that a second Antica Posta would open. That story is half true. Marco Betti, owner of Antica Posta brought Chef Brett Maddox from Aria over to create the new eatery. Joia Restaurant and Lounge had its soft opening this past Thursday with an official launch expected in the coming weeks. Featuring a wide menu with a few favorites from the Antica Posta menu as well as Halibut, Salmon and Filet Mignon. Paninis with smoked salmon looks especially interesting. Overall pricing seems perfect for the current dining landscape, entrees priced between $10-20, with sides about five bucks. Repeat Atlanta!
