I guess that's fine when employee's of Varasano's vote, and write reviews online themselves. Rosa's is the real thing!

Too bad you didn't have Antico Pizza Naploentana as a voting option. They are the best hands down.

Pizza has evolved and diversified way too much to say there is just one good way to make it. I love Varasano's but I know not everyone does and there are enough different types to satisfy everybody. It just annoys me when people criticize Varasano's pizza for being a certain way as if it were a recipe poorly executed. It is usually executed flawlessly, I've eaten there many times. It's intended to be exactly that way. Maybe some people don't like it that way, but that just means they don't like that style of pizza. Not that Varasano's does a bad job.

You all obviously have not tried Pizzeria Fortunato in Smyrna. Best authentic pizza south of NYC.

Are you kidding? Hope the receipe changed because the last time I was there, about a year ago, I thought the pizza was of very poor quality.
