H2S Kicks It Up A Notch With Third Noche

Here to Serve Restaurants (H2S), whose current concepts include Goldfish at Perimeter Mall and Cantina in Buckhead, is opening a third location of their successful Noche Tequila and Tapas Bar concept. Already open in Virgina Highlands and with the addition of a Vinings location last year, a new location will open late in the first quarter of next year at Sembler's TOWN Brookhaven development. Located in a corner space in the street level of The GoodWynn apartments, it's got a far better location than the soon to open Slack's Hoagie Shack. While the development itself is months delayed, with many of the larger tenants, i.e. Publix and LA Fitness, not scheduled to open till next Spring, Noche , Slack's, and a handful of other eateries are pushing forward with opening, hoping to take advantage of the growing number of residents of both the Alexan and The GoodWynn complexes on site. TOWN Brookhaven is but a mile from Village Place and Verde Taqueria, but I think as things get better, both will be able to make it, though I prefer Noche to Verde any day. While I'd been tracking this for weeks, the "coming soon" signage just went up so I hope to get a more concrete opening date in the near future, stay tuned to Twitter and Facebook for updates. Awesome! I'm glad you got this up. I was just about to email you about it. I live in Town Brookhaven and saw this sign go up late last week. I hadn't seen this listed on any site plan previously, so it was super exciting (and a great restaurant like this makes us hopefully that some other great stuff is coming in here).

Cool, H2S restaurants are typically nothing special but do offer a nice social scene.

What are they doing in FRONT of Town Brookhaven. Went by last night and they have leveled the area. Are they going to put some of the shops in that area? Would be much better if they could keep all the retail in the back.

Hello,

Looking at the project, heading south on Peachtree, the pad to the right of the front entrance is scheduled to be the new Publix. Is that the space you are referencing?

Yes, thanks.
