Can anybody confirm that, and if so, how did the competitors lease fall thru?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-579719431387122896.post-43943164772183822682012-01-25T11:41:17.180-05:002012-01-25T11:41:17.180-05:00The new CVS is very nice, and I appreciate that Racetrac made some slight improvements to the streetscape. <br /><br />The boarded-up Blimpie is finally gone, but that abandoned strip mall still remains housing a lonely Family Dollar that has almost no customers and gets robbed regularly. That whole shopping complex needed to go 4 years ago. I can&#39;t wait until someone actually DOES something and gets rid of all of it for something better.<br /><br />As much as I would like to see it, I can&#39;t see Publix opening a store at this location, seeing as they have one very close by on Collier &amp; Howell Mill. Perhaps they will prove me wrong!
