The new owners and staff are rude to customers, and many folks I know who have eaten there realize that when they bring the check, they often add phantom charges onto the bill, then make you wait before they clear it up.<br />More importantly, knowing how one should pronounce "Pho" phonetically as "fa" (with a soft "a"), how do they get away with using the name, which if pronounced correctly, is "fa-king"?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
