Cannot remember the name of it but it will be in the space across from Smash at the second intersection after entering the poorly designed, car centric development. I've been to the one in Johns Creek a few times on Saturday morning and the store is almost devoid of customers, a time is expect a grocery to be busy. You do pay a premium to have a guy yank beers out of the cooler while you sit in the car, but absolutely speeds up the beer run.jeff a. taylorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12318074644131544308noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-579719431387122896.post-9780608437554846592015-05-20T13:20:14.157-04:002015-05-20T13:20:14.157-04:00Also speaking of QT, the former QT at Chamblee Tuc...Also speaking of QT, the former QT at Chamblee Tucker Rd & I85 (before it moved across the street) has been demolished.

Any inkling of what might be going into that space?TheJohnPhttp://twitter.com/thejohnpnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-579719431387122896.post-13647269724492194892015-05-20T11:23:22.189-04:002015-05-20T11:23:22.189-04:00"where is this magical QT?"
Oops. Sorr... "where is this magical QT?"

Oops. Sorry, this is a new location that just opened next to the Chick-fil-a on HWY 78 in Stone Mountain. When I drove by a few weeks ago it appeared they were going to include a drive-thru, but I called this morning just to confirm and the guy told me they did not. Again, sorry, my mistake, but it does appear to be a pretty impressive convenience store from the street. Also, it’s just down the street from the drive-thru Waffle House. The latter is very small and boutique-y but has a loyal and consistent following for the produce. And that's in addition to the Whole Foods, Trader Joe's etc. you mentioned. I guess if you think of each shopping center as a department store, adding a grocery to Providence Square makes some sense. But they are gonna be under the gun from the get-go at that location.jeff a. taylorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12318074644131544308noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-579719431387122896.post-76004601004488073622015-05-20T10:00:51.509-04:002015-05-20T10:00:51.509-04:00I noticed a new QT being built which includes a dr...I noticed a new QT being built which includes a drive-thru window. I assume the drive-thru is just for food orders, but it reminds me of an old store called the Milk Jug. If memory serves me you could get a variety of convenience store products including beer and never leave your car. Hamnoreply@blogger.com
