I look forward to the RaceTrac in Tucker. I frequently go to the QT that is not just less than a minute from the future RaceTrac site but is basically across the street. I think a little competition will be good for both stores. RaceTrac stands to get a chunk of QT's customers who find it easier to go there than turn across sometimes busy L'ville Hwy.

I do wonder if this will be the closest QT/RaceTrac pairing in Metro Atlanta.

I didn't know that RaceTrac used to be at 285 and L'ville Hwy. I'm amazed the area around that interchange has never been developed into something nicer.

I think the other commenter might be right that RaceTrac used to be at the future site of the new location. Most recently it was a Marathon, and before that it was Texaco. I do remember there was something there before the Texaco but I'm not 100% sure it was RaceTrac.

Isn't that a Race-Trac that is already in that location? It used to be, at least. It is directly catty-corner across the street from Quick Trip and not as accessible because Northlake Parkway has a median down the middle right there, I believe.

I'd support RaceTracs over QT if there were more where I travel. I prefer to support local businesses when I can, but obviously will not drive 10 miles extra for gas.
