Officially, they are taking a "wait and see approach" , having not signaled they want out of the project yet. Equinox fitness clubs has however informed Ben Carter they no longer have the desire to be apart of the project and that he should look for another fitness club. Others have said more retailers have opted out though nothing can be confirmed as of yet. At least Simon isn't leasing any space in Lenox to retailers like Skillz (a local urban clothing retailer with locations in Underground, Greenbriar, Town Center at Cobb, (gulp) Perimeter Malls).
