After Crate & Barrel's closure, work will begin on their 12,700 s/f space to suit the needs of its new tenant, Victoria's secret. With such a big space, I would not be surprised to see their new concept store "VSX" pop up along with the flagship brand. Expect an opening by years end.

I know Perimeter's management is trying to attract more upscale retailers, but I just saw on thier website that the horrible KNOW STYLE is coming soon, oh brother, here we go again!!!
