Urban Flats seems to have come out of nowhere and become a success almost over night. Though it is a chain restaurant, it seems to have carved a nice niche in the market, attracting both
local office workers and neighbors in the surrounding condos and apartments.

Urban Flats is gret awe love it and almost always frequent their Wine Down Wed. events. They have had one in Gwinett for about a year and just opened this one in Buckhead. The manager / owner Bob is one of the nicest folks in the industry.
