When I returned to my office, I noticed my receipt had an additional $2.25 unexplained charge. I telephoned the restaurant immediately and inquired what was the charge for and was informed that they charge the extra funds because I ordered carry-out. When I asked if this charge was posted in the restaurant, I was told No. When I asked if this charge was posted on their menu, I was again told No. When I asked why didn't they tell me this when going over the menu when I ordered? No response. I explained to the person on the telephone that this was fraudulent practice and that they can't charge you for something they do not have posted or inform the customer in advance. The person on the telephone began berating me and telling me that he knew the law and it wasn't against the law to charge this fee. He went on to use foul language and told me that if I wanted my F _ _ _ _ _ _ g money back I should come and get it, and to NEVER STEP FOOT in their restaurant again. Needless to say, I doubt that Masti, with all the wonderful reviews they have will last in Toco Hills. You want to compare them to Bombay, no way! The difference between Masti and Bombay is Ricky at Bombay is a gentlemen and treats all of their customers with "respect". I have known Bombay when it was on Lavista Road - more than 17 years and never saw or experienced anything like the folks at Masti. ATTENTION - Customers, beware, if you order from Masti, they are performing illegal practices charging for take out containers! Please join me and contact the local authorities to stop this illegal practice!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-579719431387122896.post-28490201008585541572015-03-27T15:15:55.084-04:002015-03-27T15:15:55.084-04:00Maybe fads and lifestyle changes ebb the popularit...Maybe fads and lifestyle changes ebb the popularity of pasta joints but they are not all shuttering, thank goodness. Its not just enviroñmentalism it's an eyesore. You can't plant a street tree for 500 feet along the street where they are. At least a building some one lives shops or works in. A billboard ? No. I had less problems with them before the 500 feet no tree rule. But thats our dumbass or corrupt Georgia state legislatureAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-579719431387122896.post-65797021926814121302015-02-12T06:22:49.521-05:002015-02-12T06:22:49.521-05:00Hello anonymous, everything is great in moderation...Hello anonymous, everything is great in moderation, including environmentalism. Maybe an effort to let them know via social media or old fashioned snail mail might have a positive impact and eliminate these eyesores. Because of the Georgia Legislature passing Billboard legislation that allows billboard owners to clear any tree within 500 feet of the billboard these things are destructive to our community.

a neighborhood restaurant should be more respectful. Someone could do very well opening around Johnson Ferry/Roswell Rd. The closest Indian Restaurant is the newly opened Biryani Pointe in Sandy Springs. Everytime I go, the place is packed...The newly opened Seven Hens (in the same center) is always dead though...I think the concept is weak and it is too expensive. Just my opinion though.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-579719431387122896.post-29135530070694689792015-02-11T08:39:11.963-05:002015-02-11T08:39:11.963-05:00Healthy is the key to success in this location. It's actually most authentic in this cuisine to be both healthy and super tasty, so if they are worth their salt they will bring this spin to many of the dishes they present.
