No obvious physical changes. I quickly found out that was its parent company's name. A couple of years later, it changed back. Later, another of the 3 became J.Alexander's, the namesake, being one of the owners. Lately, I've come to the realization that it isn't that simple. It seems there is some cross pollenation. I've looked @ all of Hillstone's menus & they are very similar. Does anyone know the whole story?<br />Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14072595859274707926noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-579719431387122896.post-46994403611685452972015-12-20T16:18:17.628-05:002015-12-20T16:18:17.628-05:00Big mistake. If sales are down, I would first take a close look at servers although maybe few, that could be running off customers.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-579719431387122896.post-32772102234267436452015-12-20T16:11:53.059-05:002015-12-20T16:11:53.059-05:00Big mistake. We are dismayed to learn that it's becoming Redlands Grill. Definitely sounds like a downgrade. Don't mess with a good thing. Not to mention j Alexander's is in an outlying suburban mall parking lotAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-579719431387122896.post-42615752795903909092015-07-02T07:46:10.617-04:002015-07-02T07:46:10.617-04:00You've been saying that about the Houston'...You've been saying that about the Houston's on Peachtree Rd for awhile now. It's always been and continues to be branded as Houston's. The change you mentioned never occurred.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-579719431387122896.post-61446774878107934512015-07-01T13:32:02.682-04:002015-07-01T13:32:02.682-04:00Interesting. The Hillstone website still lists the Peachtree location as branded Houston's, not Hillstone.Lisanoreply@blogger.com
