This isn't to say there isn't a segment in Atlanta that won't shop there, it's just not as in large numbers as other cities. There are a good bit of very nice, impressive new-to-market names going in there, however, only 1/3 of the space has been announced, and with that half or more are restaurants. I thought that the Hermes store was going to be over 10,000 square feet, but they scaled back to just 4,000. <br />I really like some of these stores, and I really want the project to succeed but I am a little skeptical with the amount of space that hasn't been announced yet. <br /><br />I don't think that Phipps has been able to lure these brands because of the Belk and Legoland, and also because of the fact that it is 2014 and the mall looks like 1990.
