I live in the neighborhood immediately next to it and I have no plans to patronize it. Looking in the window at the menu, it's basically a Chipotle-style ordering system (pick a base and point at the toppings you want) for pasta. At a minimum of $8 plus tax (and dare they swivel the POS to you to add tip), you're looking at $10 for counter service pasta that will likely be lukewarm and squishy. It's going to be hard to do a Restaurant Style pasta (with interesting proteins and ingredients) from counter service. I'm not going to spend $40 to bring my kids there for spaghetti and red sauce when I can make the same at home in 15 mins for $5. If they make it till year-end, I'll be surprised. This would be a much better space for a BBQ joint...the unfortunately located (and named) Meating Street BBQ just down the road should've taken this location.
