Actually, other than the movie theater, that entire mall needs a major remodel. With the continued growth in the Decatur area and the desire for younger folks to move back from the outer burbs it seems North DeKalb could attract some nice tenants. <br /><br />As a kid I remember shopping at Rich’s/Macy’s North DeKalb, but honestly the store has seen its better days.
