Sprouts Takes Root in Emory Village! Grand Opening: May 22nd

After quietly opening a few days ago, Sprouts Green Cafe will celebrate its Grand Opening May 22. Located in Emory Village on North Decatur Road, Sprouts Green Cafe was developed by entrepreneur Keith Gross, a jack of all trades who seems to have a hit on his hands with his latest creation. Earth tones and an actual tree slab functioning as a counter set the mood for this hip little eatery. Originally from Florida, Gross has owned and managed restaurants on both coasts, having now found a new home here in Atlanta. Even before his first Sprouts is officially open and before Emory is back in session, there are already plans for additional eateries to sprout up in Atlanta and other markets. Repeat Atlanta!
