Sean Keenan, co-creator and partner in Front Page News (L5P and Midtown) and Tijuana Joe's (L5P), is himself a resident of the neighborhood, and while Front Page News was a possibility for the space, the uniqueness of Napoleon's won out. Another Decatur native, co-owner and chef Ryan Aiken, brings a wealth of experience in both fine dining and fast casual to Napoleon's, having been executive chef at both Indigo Coastal Grill and Terra Cotta and creator and proprietor of Burrito Art, which grew to three locations in Atlanta before being sold.
Napoleon's will feature an affordable, family-friendly menu including a wide variety of appetizers, salads, soft tacos, burgers and plenty of dinner entrees, among others. A big fan of Tin Lizzy's soft tacos, I'm excited about the prospect of Napoleon's offering similar fare in my 'hood. With prices from $2.29 for select soft tacos to $15.99 for Thai Curry Crab Cakes, this is sure to be a hit in a neighborhood lacking variety in restaurants. Just in time for fall, look for a large outdoor patio shortly after opening. ToNeTo Atlanta
