A new coffee shop and cafe will later this year make its metro Atlanta debut. Just Love Coffee Cafe, a franchise of a Brentwood, Tennessee-based concept, is slated to occupy suite 10 in the street level retail of Arabelle Perimeter (fka Hanover Perimeter), a mid-rise luxury apartment community at the corner of Hammond Drive and Peachtree Dunwoody Road in Sandy Springs. The roughly 2,000 square foot space is situated between recently opened eatery The Local Expedition and upcoming fitness facility AKT Fitness.
In addition to the Einstein Bros. Bagels across the street in the Publix shopping center, the new cafe will also face close competition from the freestanding Starbucks on Peachtree Dunwoody Road that opened in 2016.
As described on its Facebook page, the mission of Just Love Coffee Roasters is: "to provide coffee that is roasted by hand with a meticulous attention to quality, provide ancillary products that serve to accentuate that quality, and use the sum value of these offerings to support the work of those trying to have a positive affect on the world."
The "socially-minded" company and its franchisees support several charities and local organizations through fundraising and in-kind and other contributions.
The café will serve drip coffee, cold brew, nitro, frappes, teas, espresso-based beverages and lattes. The food menu includes breakfast, lunch and dinner options including items like breakfast sliders, egg and cheese biscuits, chicken quesadillas and quinoa-veggie wraps. Signature items include Fruity Pebbles and Cream Waffle (Fruity Pebbles stuffed in a traditional waffle with vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and powdered sugar) and the Spinach Feta Womelette (Eggs, spinach, feta, basil, onions, peppers, tomatoes and black pepper. Served with choice of salsa or sour cream.)

Rob Webb started Just Love Coffee as an online only coffee business in 2009 before launching the brick & mortar business in 2011 with a cafe in the Nashville suburb of Murfreesboro.
At the time of the company's Nashville opening in January 2015, Webb told Tennesseean that the company's plans were to have "150 locations in the next five years."
There is currently one Just Love Coffee Cafe open in Georgia in Valdosta and another coming soon to Pooler near Savannah. Overall, there are fourteen locations open with another seven coming soon, through nine states, according to the company's website. The concept's largest market is its home state of Tennessee, where it has six locations open and two more listed as "coming soon."

At Arabelle Perimeter, Just Love Coffee Cafe joins existing eateries Grub Burger Bar and Rush Bowls along with a nail salon, barbershop and upcoming fitness facility. The retail portion of the center is now 100% leased.
As can be seen in the photo, construction on the coffee cafe has yet to begin but there is reason to believe it will open before the end of the year.
