Dunkin' Donuts Delivering a New Donut Destination to Doraville

Donut shop coming to Doraville.

Canton, Massachusetts-based Dunkin' Donuts plans to open a new location in the 5800 block of Buford Highway in Doraville.  The donut shop will feature a dining room and drive-thru window.  Dunkin' will open in place of a one-time Wendy's restaurant that had most recently been various Asian eateries.

The new Dunkin' is a stone's throw from a Krispy Kreme which opened in late 2013

Doraville has been a popular area for new fast food and quick serve eateries over the past few years.  McDonald's, Zaxby's, Waffle House, and Krispy Kreme have all opened while a new Bojangles' is expected to open late this year.

Dunkin' Donuts has been busy in both the metro Atlanta area and surrounding cities adding new locations, many equipped with drive-thru windows.  Among the new Dunkin' locations are those on the westside, Tucker, Suwanee, Carrollton, Newnan, Marietta, and Midtown.

Any clue on when the new one price 1.99 cleaners will be opening on Chesire bridge?
At one point brown paper lined the windows.
That has since come down and it looked like they were ready to finally open up (seems like weeks now) Upon closer inspection, I saw one piece of equipment in place. Several boxes (unopened) by one window in plain view. Word on the street is they are having electric issues.
