Pulp Addition plans to debut Monday, September 9 at Marietta Square Market.  The new juice, smoothie and bowl eatery is opening in the train car just outside the Marietta food hall along North Marietta Parkway.  Pulp Addiction is owned by Robyn Thompson and her son Brenden Higbee  who also own Four Fat Cows, a gourmet ice cream shop with locations across metro Atlanta, including one in Marietta Square Market.

Bank OZK plans to open a new branch at 2922 Clairmont Road in Brookhaven.  The branch will be constructed on vacant land next to Petite Violette where beloved restaurant Williams Seafood once operated. (There was previously talk of a Dunkin' Donuts opening at this site but the plans never materialized.)  The Little Rock, Arkansas-based bank, previously known as Bank of the Ozarks, currently operates an inline location within TOWN Brookhaven adjacent to Publix that the bank inherited with their 2016 purchase of C&S Bank.  The TOWN Brookhaven location will "move" to the new Clairmont Road branch.  Another Bank OZK branch is expected to open in place of Brazilian steakhouse Chima at 3215 Peachtree Road.  The former restaurant was partially destroyed in a fire earlier this year and has since been demolished.  There is reportedly no timeline for when the bank will actually start construction in Buckhead.  Work on the Brookhaven branch could start by the end of the year and open in early 2020.

Green Tomato Buffet on Holcomb Bridge Road in Peachtree Corners has closed.  The locally owned restaurant which occupied a former Chili's failed numerous recent health inspections and first closed for what they described as a "death in the family."  Not long after, the restaurant announced they were closing permanently.  The restaurant was located in a outparcel of Gwinnett Walk shopping center.
