Ben Carter's The Streets of Buckhead has added three upscale clothiers Brioni, Leggiardo, and Shirts & Co. by Domenico Vacca. While these are some great additions, these are not names that will garner the interest of others to join the development. Labels such as Carolina Herrera, Ermenegildo Zegna, Ted Baker and lululemon athletica would make great additions. Repeat Atlanta!

Brioni and Shirt & Co. are much better additions than Ted Baker and such. Brioni customers will buy tailored shirts on a regular basis while Ted Baker shoppers will chase the "next" trend and not as loyal to the brand.
Agree with the fact that Brioni is a much better addition than Ted Baker, and much more upscale. SoB could, however, use some more attention-getting names, like Paul Smith, Dior, Gucci. I'd also love to see a lifestyle store, like Base in Miami...
Paul Smith and Dior would be nice, Gucci recently remodeled their Phipps store so a move or second at SOB is highly unlikely.
Does Atlanta have Chanel, Prada, or a Dior boutique?
Seems that it would be natural for all three labels to look at Atlanta in their expansion plan.
How big is Gucci's remodeled store at Phipps?
Chanel, Prada, and Tom Ford have all been mentioned for the space next to Neimans at Lenox. The Hermes will close later this month in anticipation of their opening at SOB and Pure is bound to close any day now. As for Dior, I'd be surprised to see them come to Atlanta at this point. The Gucci store went through a lengthy renovation though I don't know that its square footage increased in the process, if any, minimal.
