Arden's Garden Growing Again

Arden Zinn of Arden's Garden, is preparing to open her sixth retail outlet in Atlanta. At the corner of Crescent Avenue and Peachtree Place in Midtown, the new location is within historic Commercial Row. Commercial Row is between the Margaret Mitchell House and the Midtown MARTA station and is owned by the Atlanta History Center.

Zinn began her juice business in 1995, and has slowly expanded from making juices in her East Point residence to wholesaling to the likes of Harry's Farmers Market and Whole Foods, as well as Publix and Kroger and other select restaurants and cafes. A few years ago, Arden's Garden was dropped by Publix but consumers demanded it back and it is once again stocked in Atlanta area Publix locations. On a wholesale level, Arden's competes with the Minute Maid's (Coca-Cola subsidiary) Odwalla brand and Pepsi Co's Naked Juice. Locally, nectar in Decatur and Oakhurst and Planet Smoothie locations offer similar juice options, but Zinn has carved out a niche following of consumers who prefer her smoothies and juices to all others.

Existing locations are in East Point on Main Street, Little 5 Points on Euclid Avenue, in Buckhead on Roswell Road, Midtown on Monroe Drive and in Kirkwood on Hosea Williams Boulevard. Look for this new Midtown location to be open in the next 60-90 days. ToNeTo Atlanta

Arden Zinn's daughter, Leslie Zinn, is the owner of Arden's Garden juices. She runs the whole operation.

Check out the new store mentioned in this article. She opened it a couple of weeks ago and it is really a wonderful location! Spread the word.
