Not so Fast! More QSR Coming to Sugarloaf Mills

Sugarloaf Mills in Lawrenceville is adding a few new names to their depleted food court.

Morristown, New Jersey-based Villa Enterprises Management will open all four of their QSR (quick serve restaurant) concepts in the food court.  Villa Italian Kitchen, South Philly Steaks & Fries, Green Leaf's - Beyond Great Salads, and Bananas - smoothies & frozen yogurt will all open in the coming months.

The Duluth area outlet mall lost a number of food court options when HMSHost pulled out of the mall and took nearly half the food court with them. These new additions will take the place of former HMSHost operated concepts including Popeye's, Burger King and Great Steak & Potato all of which closed this past January.

This will mark Villa's largest restaurant cluster in Atlanta, where up until now its only representation was with single unit Villa Italian Kitchen locations in both Perimeter Mall and at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Separately, but along the same wall as these food concepts, Kay Jewelers will open in place of a shuttered Johnny Rockets restaurant.

*Sugarloaf Mills was for many years, since its opening in 2001, known as Discover Mills, but Discover card ended their sponsorship last fall thus the name change.

Are you a fan of Sugarloaf Mills?  What restaurant or retailer is missing from Sugarloaf Mills?  Which new concept sounds the most interesting to you?

Yuck. These concepts sounds horrible to me. I don't think that I'd visit the mall again. The mall used to be a nice, great place to shop.

I can't say that I'm a fan now.
