[EXCLUSIVE] New Bakery Cafe "Landing" Soon in Suburban Shopping Center

A growing bakery cafe called TOUS les JOURS is looking to open its next Atlanta area location in East Cobb.  Planning materials confirm that the new Tous les Jours is opening at Parkaire Landing ( 4880 Lower Roswell Road ) where it will occupy a nearly 3,100 square foot space.  

The new bakery cafe is opening in an endcap space which has sat vacant since the September 2024 closure of The Flying Biscuit Cafe after about three and a half years in business.  

ToNeTo Atlanta visited the space earlier this week and observed no visible work having started to convert the space.  Elsewhere in the center, however, a Kroger expansion is well underway, which will bring both a large store and a fuel center to the popular East Cobb shopping center.  

The French-Asian bakery cafe is owned by Seoul-based CJ Group, a large company spun off from Samsung in the early 90s. 

The cafe features a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, coffees and teas, among other menu items.    

Tous les Jours currently has eight locations in Georgia, five of which are within H Mart grocery stores.  The H Mart stores are located in Riverdale, Duluth, Doraville, Johns Creek, and Suwanee, while the standalone stores are situated in Columbus (in a former Fazoli's), Peachtree City, and Buford.  

Tous les Jours is similar to fellow French Asian bakery Paris Baguette which is also expanding in metro Atlanta with several additional locations coming soon.
