If You Don't Know Jac, Hurry In, Great Deals Galore

While it is sad to see small businesses close around town, its especially sad when you know had it been a different time or maybe a more developed location, the store would have thrived. In this case I'm speaking of jac in Inman Park. Owned by husband and wife team Jon and Jaci, the boutique was a fun mix of baby's, men's and women's clothing and funky accessories for the home. Located in the heart of Inman Park near Parish and Zaya, the boutique opened in August 2007 and will close at the end of this month. While there is a clearance sale in progress now with items as much as 90% off, the store will continue to operate as a "Clicks and Mortar" store online via its website. The online site will be a trimmed down operation, specializing almost exclusively in things for baby. In addition to the merchandise on sale, fixtures, furniture and basically anything in the store is for sale. The pictured couch can be yours for $400 . Hopefully the economy improves soon cause the number of closings is getting a little out of control. Back to happier news tomorrow! ToNeTo Atlanta

This makes me so sad - I love Jac! I just bought two tops from Jac at the Boutique warehouse sale. And it was my favorite place to get a pair of Fryes.
