Un-Beall-ev-able! Beall Family Taking Over Atlanta?

Last week I broke news that Ruby Tuesday had closed its Buckhead location and would be reopening it as a Truffles Cafe. Truffles Cafe is a 3 unit chain they purchased the development rights to from its owner, Price Beall. Come to find out, Price Beall is the brother of Sandy Beall, Founder and C.E.O. of Ruby Tuesday! It gets even more interesting as Sandy Beall's son, David Beall has secured development rights for Los Angeles based Pinkberry for the Atlanta and Miami markets. David opened the first Atlanta area Pinkberry at Akers Mill over the summer and has a second location under construction at Merchants Walk in East Cobb. The Bealls taking over Atlanta? Pretty hard to consider chain crap taking over Atlanta especially when one doesn't seem to want to even appear outside Cobb county any time soon.
