A growing dumpling franchise has its sights set on a significant metro Atlanta expansion. Dumpling Master, which debuted in July 2024 in Peachtree City and expanded to metro Atlanta later that August with a location on Highway 9 in Alpharetta, today has ten locations open with another six "coming soon," according to its website.
According to those who have visited the other locations, the service model at Dumpling Master is fairly unique in that customers order via a QR code at their table and orders are delivered via robot. Additionally, there is a showcase area where customers can watch as dumplings are made.
There are currently Dumpling Master locations in Peachtree City, Alpharetta, Chamblee, Decatur, Buford, Snellville, Cumming, Dawsonville, Gainesville, and Athens. Another location is slated to open soon at 1020 Piedmont Avenue in Midtown.
According to the restaurant's website, the upcoming Dumpling Master locations are planned for Marietta, Kennesaw, Peachtree Corners, Athens, Jefferson, and Newnan.
Although the website does not provide exact locations, we have confirmed two.
In Marietta, Dumpling Master will open in place of the recently shuttered La Madeleine in Providence Square (4101 Roswell Road) in East Cobb. Dumpling Master will occupy a 3,500 square foot endcap space with a patio in the Home Depot, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods-anchored shopping center.
The Peachtree Corners location will be situated in a 1,570 square foot space in the Sprouts Farmers Market-anchored Peachtree Corners Town Center. Dumpling Master will open in place of Knuckies Hoagies, a sandwich shop that has closed several standalone restaurants in metro Atlanta while at the same time opening mini locations within Walmart stores.
It's unclear how soon any of the upcoming locations will open, but some opening in 2026 seems possible.
Have you been to Dumpling Master? Are you excited about Dumpling Master opening so many locations across Atlanta? Where else in metro Atlanta would you like to see Dumpling Master open?

It's quite good and big portions for the price.
Oh yeah, I can see this as a ultra-successful, long standing venture. NOT!
Meh. Nothing special. The robot is cute - that's all. Support non chains like Gu's Dumplings
