A growing bakery cafe called TOUS les JOURS is looking to open its next Atlanta area location in Sandy Springs. Leasing materials confirm that the new Tous les Jours is opening at 6080 Roswell Road where it will occupy about 3,000 square feet of a single freestanding building.
The Chick-fil-A Dwarf House restaurant at 221 Banks Station in Fayetteville is expected to close later this year and be replaced with something far less unique. The Fayette county restaurant, which this year celebrated 35 years in business, is expected to be demolished and replaced with a new "Truett's Chick-fil-A," according to planning materials reviewed by ToNeTo Atlanta.
Tuk Tuk Thai Food Loft has closed after more than sixteen years in business. The upscale Thai restaurant first opened at Brookwood Place (1745 Peachtree Street) in January 2010 and closed permanently Sunday August 2, reportedly without advance warning to employees or patrons.
Local bowl, wrap, and salad spot Gusto! has closed its location in West Midtown after about seven and a half years in business. The restaurant, located behind IKEA near the intersection of Northside Drive and 17th Street in West Midtown Center (530 17th Street), officially closed July 31.

According to newly updated marketing materials, Chicken Salad Chick will open a new location at The Hub in Peachtree Center (225 Peachtree Street) in Downtown Atlanta.
Chick-fil-A will at the end of the month close one of its Buckhead restaurants. The Chick-fil-A at 3280 Peachtree Road, within Terminus 100, will close as of July 31, according to signage at the restaurant. The "non-traditional" "in-line" Chick-fil-A first opened on August 7, 2008.

Guac y Margys will at the end of the month close its two remaining locations in Atlanta. The Atlanta-based business once had three locations around town, but closed one in Midtown in early 2023, leaving it with locations in West Midtown and along the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail. Now those locations are closing, too.
